Event Informartion for Attendees

• The evening is packed full of food, wine, entertainment, live and silent auctions, therefore it is important for attendees to arrive on time!
• It takes approximately 40 minutes to get to the Castello di Amorosa from Napa. We strongly encourage carpooling, as the Castello has limited parking.
• Please review the map here  for detailed instructions on how to get to the Castello.
• Please remember that this is an authentic castle. The building is made from imported stones from Italy. With this, CASTLES ARE COLD! Remember to dress warmly and plan for the possibility of rain. Flat shoes are best as the stone surfaces are uneven.
• Rain is predicted for Saturday, so please plan accordingly. An umbrella will be helpful if it is raining.
• Lastly, please remember to drink responsibly at the event. Designated Drivers will be treated as Kings & Queens.

REGISTRATION & START TIMES:
DINNER EVENT

• Registration begins at PROMPTLY 5:40 PM, although the invitation indicates the Event begins at 6:00 PM. Please do not arrive before 5:30 PM since the Castello still has winery visitors.

HORS D’OEUVRES EVENT

• Registration begins PROMPLTY at 7:30 PM.

EVANS BUS INFORMATION

• We are not taking additional bus reservations. You must have pre-registered to ride the bus.
• Dinner Guests DEPART from Evans Bus/California Wine Tours at 5:00 PM.
• Hors D’oeuvres Guests DEPART from Evans Bus/California Wine Tours at 6:45 PM.
• Please arrive on-time to Evans.
• Return times are 11:00 & 11:45 PM and are PRE-ARRANGED.
